Epilogue II is the second painting in the series that explores the aftermath of India’s lockdown. The desolate alleyway is symbolic of the void, the loss of jobs and income, left in the lives of the migrants.  Life however carries on beyond the alleyway, which makes me optimistic of the fact that this is just a dark phase and shall pass.
